MAPICS EC - Problems with segment 850 / EC not calling PostProcessing User Exit

Hi list:

This is at MAPICS Rel 6 PTF 4140.  We have the symptoms perfectly described in
PTF SH61426:  "When sending a Purchase Order, 850, EC is not calling the Post
Processing User Exit ".

My question is that this solutions is for a PTF level that is lower that the
actual one.  I can't apply this.   Does anybody has any advise?
