Jacana Forms

Hello.

If you are using Jacana Forms, have you tried to implement a "dynamic" form
and have something on the form trigger an event.  Initially, I want to
trigger a logo based on something found on the form.  Eventually, I would
like to specify the type of output (fax, email, laser) keyed by something on
the form.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
