Re: Suspending Items

The year to date usage is a compilation of inventory transactions for an item 
/ warehouse combination. If you delete the item balance, the history does not 
erase. Therefore, you could run a history report for whatever period or 
whatever transaction type later on. Once you decide what the usage is by the 
report, re add the item balance and type in the year-to-date number you want 
to start from. 

Are you doing end of the month Inventory management closes??
