ERic, There is an optional pop-up screen for Maintenance Reason and any maintenance done (including deleting orders) will at least be logged and this includes the user name. Then follow up by limiting access to the menu option to print the maintenance report (when you print you can then delete maintenance transactions). Don't know any way to track who deleted pick lists. Ann Subject: Security for deleting COM Orders Does anyone know of a way of securing option 4=Delete in Order Maintenance? One of my customers had a situation where a user was entering an Order, Printed a Pick List, Pulled the products, Deleted the Pick List and Deleted the Order? I can lock down the Reprint Pick List but how about the entire ability to delete. The only security I have found is the ability of locking Order Maintenance but not the Delete Function as a whole. Is anyone else concerned about this? Isn't this a security whole?
