We have done this in our office.  There is an API that you can call from 
any VB program that will open the apropriate window in Browser.  If you 
make that program a local program action, it could be button on your 
custom object.

I need to open the Create Enterprise Item window from a custom object 
added
via Integrator.  Mapics tells me that calling these functions are written
into the code so it is not possible.  In my Integrator class we had a
program where you could copy/type in the API string and it would open the
Mapics Browser window.  I would think I could write something similar but
wondered if any of you have already done this and have a better solution.
