RE: Automating IM off-line batch update

I automated it to close any active batches prior to running the MAPICS backups
so that the Backup won't fail.  The customer I work at has the IM Batches in
Batch Mode = N.  If the user forgets to post - NO Backup.

P.S.  I even submitted a request for a CAS change to tailor the Backup to
Close/Post all batches to force the Backup.  Have not heard from MAPICS about
it though.  My feeling is this - If I asked for a backup then I want a backup
NO MATTER WHAT.
