Thanks Paola, We would like to keep the MAPICS packing slip as is, but trigger the printing of a Word document at packing slip time. Tom, There is a User Exit for printing customized Packing Slips and you could include trigger to also print a document from that User Exit. Look under the COM User Exit section to see the correct name. User Exits will allow you to execute one or more customized functions. Hope this helps.
