Thanks Paola,

We would like to keep the MAPICS packing slip as is, but trigger the printing 
of a Word document at packing slip time.  Do you think this would still employ 
the user exit?

Tom,

There is a User Exit for printing customized Packing Slips and you could 
include trigger to also print a document from that User Exit.  Look under the 
COM User Exit section to see the correct name.  User Exits will allow you to 
execute one or more
customized functions.
