We have been on the phone with Mapics for about 10 days and have not been
able to get a resolution. Last night we backed the PCM and it appears that
this process worked.

These MRP issues are coming from PCM 3196? Have your reported them to
MAPICS? Any feedback from them? I am sitting on this PCM if these issues are
not resolved to your satisfaction.
