Purchase Order Release Process

We are on Mapics version 6 and recently upgraded to the latest PCM level.
Since that time we have not been able to successfully release purchase
orders through the MRP order release function. What appears to happen is
that the first 6 or 7 line items that were released through MRP are
captured. The order action report shows all of the releases with their PO
numbers, but when we go into the system, all that appears is the PO mast or
header. All dates are 00/00/00, and no line items exist. We then have to
manually type the line items on the PO's from the as they are listed on the
Order Action Report.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?
