I experienced the same thing when changing *ipds to *afpds ... Barcodes worked 
fine.

I implemented the suggestions from the mailing list several weeks ago re 
printing barcodes and shop packets to attached HP printers.  Relatively 
successful except that the first 2 characters of the item number description 
overprint the last 2 characters of the order number.  Likewise the engineering 
drawing number heading overprints the warehouse stock location heading.  The 
overprinting doesn't occur when printing to a 4230.  Anyone have any 
suggestions as to what could be causing this?  All other fields/headings seem 
to be in the proper locations with proper alignment and the barcodes are 
printing.
