This is a multi-part message in MIME format. -- [ Picked text/plain from multipart/alternative ] Hi Jim, While there were are a number of "free" solutions provided to your problem, you may wish to consider another longer term solution that would eliminate any issues of printing to HP printers. The Mapics application JacanaForms is designed to print to HP and other laser printers and easily handles bar code placement and alignment. JacanaForms can manage all of your special printing needs, from bar coding the shop packets to replacing pre-printed purchase orders, invoices, etc. Mapics currently has special promotional pricing through the end of September (I think it is about 40% off list). Relatively successful except that the first 2 characters of the item number description overprint the last 2 characters of the order number. Likewise the engineering drawing number heading overprints the warehouse stock location heading. The overprinting doesn't occur when printing to a 4230. Anyone have any suggestions as to what could be causing this? All other fields/headings seem to be in the proper locations with proper alignment and the barcodes are printing. Jim Staber --
