We use Formsprint for all our forms, including
remittance. Works well, has much flexibility.
We had our forms made for us, for the price it
wasn't worth the time to learn how to use the
editor.  I qualify that statement by adding that
forms are typically static.

We use Create!Form to print payroll remittance advices, invoices,
purchase orders, and other forms.  We still use a pin feed printer for
A/P checks, although Create!Form does have the capability.
