Maintaing Email Address in VENNAM

We have both IFM and PM and cannot maintain the EADR field in the VENNAM file.  
On the No Wait Response Site it plainly says: This field was added for the 
Procurement Management application.
It can only be updated in PM.  But with IFM, you cannot maintain vendors in the 
MAPICS Browser.  Has anyone found a way to maintain this field?
