Client Access - this works fine in green screen, but all my users are using
eWorkPlace, which has an internal TN5250 that apparently doesn't pick up the
Client/Server runtime variables. I'm playing with it, though....

Which emulation software are you running?  We are using NS/Elite and it has
a provision to name the session instead of using the system-assigned
QPADEVXXX name.  Client Access has the same feature, I believe.
