Re:WC/FieldS

We are pulling the serial numbers over from MAPICS on a nightly basis, for all
shipped items requiring a serial number at time of shipment.  We sometimes still
have to enter an item manually in WcFields, due to scanner error or because we
offer a three year Warranty on all our Boards, and have only been live on
MAPICS/WcFields for one year.

The ownership transfer feature does come in handy, I must say.  We sell much
product that ends up in a different piece of equipment, and down the line the
end user will go direct to us when they service their own equipment and see our
name on the board.
