Offline Load of Manufacturing orders

Hi group,

i am looking for a easy way of uploading either M/Os into Mapics directly or 
upload sort of planned orders which i then can release to M/Os using standard 
menu options.

Is anybody out there doing this (i. e. from an external planning system)???
