COM questions

Hi, folks!

I just started my new job today, and was asked a couple of questions about
COM packing lists.  We're on XA release 6, which I haven't seen before - GNP
was at release 4 when I left there, and we didn't use the vanilla packing
list anyway.

1) Is there any way to get the packing list to show backordered items?
2) We ship our products (Christmas ornaments) by the case, and for all but
one customer we sell them by the case.  This one customer buys by the unit.
Is there any way to get the packing list and bill of lading to show the
number of cases instead of or in addition to the number of units?

>From I've looked at so far, I'm suspecting that it won't do either one
without mods, but I may not be looking at the right things.  Thanks in
advance for any info!
