-- [ Picked text/plain from multipart/alternative ] Dave, As to your first question; directly from the No Wait Response Line... Packing List prints all items that go through the shipping process Items will print on the Packing List whether they were shipped or backordered. If you do not wish all order items to print on the Packing List then 'select' only those items that will be actually shipped to go through the shipping process. This can be done by printing a Pick List and selecting only the items to be shipped to print on the Pick List. Then be sure to select the order to be shipped by Pick List number. Your other issue needs a little research, but I have a feeling it may be accomplished without adding a program by working with the "order unit of measure". Determining exactly how to approach this would require a conversation about the specific requirements, but I think what you need is there. Best regards, George George C.
