Figure when you goto Common you're a week away from the company.

 And I submit that if you're company isn't interested in investing a week
to keep you current and by extention the company current, then you need to
be looking for a better place to work.

And, if you need more than 6 hours on Sunday to do at least the first
major pass over Expo, you're moving too slow.

The conference logistics are fairly simple to do.  I've seen simple PC
software that can do this with ease and I would presume that the MPACT
system that Common is using should be able to as well....
