I concur. We go to the Users Conference. Lisa Cohen Weaver Consultant Manager Guide Technologies, L.L.C. 6502 Constitution Drive Fort Wayne, IN 46804 219-459-7641 Fax 219-459-2127 lweaver@guidetechnologies.com > Great group! But we never did answer Phil's question.... Do you go to COMMON? Do you want MAPICS sessions at COMMON? Does you company send you to both COMMON and MAPICS Conference or do you have to choose? I am really curious about your answers. Is my company the only one on a budget? I am forced to choose. I have pressing issues with Web, networking, Notes, etc.- more than just MAPICS. MAPICS for us, besides upgrades, just runs in the background and keeps on ticking. But, I really need to see what is happening in MAPICS for strategic direction and many times MAPICS taught me new ways of doing things. So it is always a tough decision. My company can not afford both. What do you do? Another benefit (besides reminiscing) is it shows what resources we have available in this group. -----Original Message----- From: McCready, Joan [mailto:Joan.McCready@metaltekint.com] Sent: Friday, August 17, 2001 10:13 AM To: 'mapics-l@midrange.com' Subject: RE: MAPICS Old Fogies (was "mapics 6") Off topic? It's nice to see a little traffic on the list. _______________________________________________ This is the MAPICS ERP System Discussion (Mapics-L) mailing list To post a message email: Mapics-L@midrange.com To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/cgi-bin/listinfo/mapics-l or email: Mapics-L-request@midrange.com _______________________________________________ This is the MAPICS ERP System Discussion (Mapics-L) mailing list To post a message email: Mapics-L@midrange.com To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/cgi-bin/listinfo/mapics-l or email: Mapics-L-request@midrange.com _______________________________________________ This is the MAPICS ERP System Discussion (Mapics-L) mailing list To post a message email: Mapics-L@midrange.com To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/cgi-bin/listinfo/mapics-l or email: Mapics-L-request@midrange.com <
