message bounce issues

I have been having some problems with my e-mail over the past week which
have caused several bounced messages to be delayed or lost.  The cause of
these messages being bounced is that members are subscribed to the list with
one e-mail address, but trying to send messages to it from another address.
The list server is configured to reject messages from non-subscribers, in
order to keep the most flagrant spammers out.  Currently, when a message
gets bounced I am manually re-formatting it and forwarding it to the list
from my PC.  Until I started my current out-of-town assignment, I was using
my desktop machine for this, but now I'm using my laptop and having some
teething problems.  Therefor, if you send a message that doesn't show up on
the list within a few hours, check the address that you sent it from -
chances are, you didn't send it from the right one, and it would help if you
re-send it yourself.  If you have any questions about your subscription,
