Yes, and the continual changing/adding of area codes makes it even worse.

We too have been using the Fax/400 software from IP for some time now and
have transferred all our documentation to this system. We use it for
purchase and sales orders, statements and quotes, I found it very
configurable and used our own 'company' overlays.

The longest part of the job was getting the correct fax numbers for all the
entities!
