That is correct. There is a $2000 ONE-TIME charge. All upgrades are free.

I would recommend Telex/Fax/400 from International Presence (see
www.international-presence.com ). They have an interface to Mapics and
Mapics supply some software to link to make relevant go to the Fax
Software. The Mapics software, though, is not free. $2000, I think  .
