At one site we have some small modifs running to solve this in their case.
They submit MRP as one of the last jobs before the night. The modifs first
show a screen with all MAPICS jobs still running (interactively)
In red those which may pose a problem. All the users get a message saying
the MRP will run this night and should preferably log off immediately.
After 5 minutes the screen gets a refresh. Those users still on the system
are phoned by the planner to make sure they are there and know they have to
"get out". Users not picking up the phone are "kicked out" by EDP.
