force closing purchase orders -- MAPICS-L

if question 6002 in purchasing questionaire is answered 'no',  status 40
purchase orders will be closed and sent the history file.  select po
closeout by date.. purchase orders with a order status of 40 will be
selected to close.  the status will change to 60.. then when option 10 is
taken to purge , those orders selected will go to your history file.
