Offline upload for Manufacturing Orders -- MAPICS-L

I wish to control the creation, change, and deletion of Manufacturing Orders
on MAPICS according to calculations I have performed in  an external Master
Production Scheduling package. Does anyone know of an Offline Load
faciltity, either MAPICS standard or specially written, which will accompish
this?
