Hello George I believe that the shipment line detail record (MBDDREP) linked to the shipment header record (MBDHREP) linked, perhaps on a second run if you are using query, to the invoice header (MBF9REP) is the safest and most watertight method. However, you should be aware of the KEYS in the invoice header file so as to handle the possible 'multi shipments to one invoice number' for the same Customer Order No. Another area you might wish to consider is the apportionment of order header discounts, shipment & special charges to the order line details to derive the 'price' variations of a customer order line or single item. -----Original Message----- From: George Sagen [mailto:gsagen@csi.com] Sent: 25 October 2000 14:38 To: mapics-l@midrange.com Subject: Customer Invoice Files Where can I find the customer invoice line item details? I am trying to do some sales history analysis and have found the invoice header (MBF9REP) and what I think is the invoice special charge line file (MBF9CPP). I suppose I could link from the invoice header to the ship confirm records then to the sales order lines, but that doesn't seem very tight. I need to get to the lines to do margin analysis by part based on newly rolled standards.
