We are looking to get tracking number, carrier and charges into COM.  Then we
want to capture data from the order to create Export documents.  We use UPS
On-Line now and will be upgrading to World Ship.  Need to streamline the
duplicate data entry.

What are you after?  shipment charges, package tracking numbers...let me
know...we put together such an interface no so long ago.
