We just got tired of paying a large chunk of money to MAPICS when we needed
to upgrade our AS/400.  This will eliminate paying MAPICS a fee when we get
a bigger AS/400. 

We figure that the cost of switching to user based will pay for itself with
the second upgrade of the AS/400.

        I have heard of switching from user based licensing to unlimited
licensing for an upgrade fee.  Since you are going the other way (from
unlimited to limited), are you getting a REFUND.  :-)  Tell us how that
works.

        This weekend we will be converting our 620-2175 to a 720-2062 and

        switching from unlimited # users in MAPICS to limited # of users
(150).
