I see a java job in system monitor of 23.8 meg when it is running and
the job disappears when exited. Ubuntu 9.10.

You might give it a try. I wasn't able to replicate Aaron's experience
in Windows or Linux (OpenSuSE 11.1) but that doesn't mean it is
fixed....
