I followed your suggestion, and I solved that way:

man lpr
man enscript

lp5250d env.DEVNAME=PRT06 outputcommand="scs2ascii|
enscript --no-header -c -B -r -q -z --font=Arial9 --encoding=ibmpc|
lpr -hlp -o fitplot -o media=a4" 192.168.x.x

I have a  doubt: does the env.IBMFONT=x affect this kind of command?
