In that case if you don't mind just send me a tarball of the whole thing. I can find the diffs from that.

But I have an idea about what could do the problem, I activated the enhanced terminal in the protocol so the "continued fields" could be supported (I did something that make it works) but I never supported windows and all the other enhanced terminal functionalities so it could be those things that screw the screen.

I'm working on these same things. Maybe if we work together we could find solutions better? I have some stuff working and some not working. I've got cursor progression, continued fields, some scroll bar, and enhanced windows. If you don't mind, please me your entire source tree. You can download my patched version of tn5250 at:

There is a tarball of tn5250 that includes my patches. Let's work together on this and then submit it to CVS.
