Announce WIN32 - A5250 release

Sorry I can't help right now with the memory leak of win32 version. If I have 
time this week I'll try to compile the win32 version and check it out with 
bound checker.

I just wanted to announce that I finally found a web site to put my ActiveX so 
you can use it online. It is based on HEAD so it may be a bit less stable but 
it works well in my case and supports continued edit fields. You can even put 2 
instances on the same web page with out a crash.

If you plan to use it often please copy the files elsewhere so my 1gig 
bandwidth is not outpassed.

By the way I couldn't have done this if Scott Klement hadn't done this great 
win32 work so, I want to thank him for his work and his support.

By the way we really needed an ActiveX with 5250 support, this is why it has 
been done.

The ActiveX is somewhat scriptable. More commands could be easily added if 
someone ever uses this soft.
