File transfer to openoffice.

Hi:

   I have my tn5250 over linux red hat 7.3.  I use
openoffice as my only suite.  I need to download the
data of my queries to openoffice.calc.

  Does anybody know how can I do it?? and... Can I do
it from an icon in my desktop??
