I tried this out had it setup and running in no time (thanks for the readme!) It seemed to work great I played with it a little and was impressed My extreme monitor resolution seemed to trip it out a little (1280x1024) once I set it to 800x600 it behaved fine (it would start with a weird aspect ratio) I will play with it some more and let you know if I run into any probs. How about keymaps are they going to be similar to the linux version? Colors? I'll play thanks Matt -----Original Message----- From: Carey Evans [mailto:carey@paradise.net.nz] Sent: Friday, January 18, 2002 7:56 PM To: linux5250@midrange.com Subject: [LINUX5250] Re: TN5250 under Windows support is ready for testing Scott Klement <klemscot@klements.com> writes: [...] > I've also put a tarball on my web server, for TEMPORARY CONVIENIENCE ONLY. > Since most people don't have CVS running under Windows, I thought this > might make things easier. For those people that want to try to get CVS running under Windows, I've found by far the easiest way is to use TortoiseCVS, which you can download from <http://www.wincvs.org/TortoiseCVS/>. I don't run Windows here, so if someone else gets it working, can they let me or the list know how and I'll see about adding instructions to the tn5250 web page. -- Carey Evans http://home.clear.net.nz/pages/c.evans/ Cavem canus. _______________________________________________ This is the Linux 5250 Development Project (LINUX5250) mailing list To post a message email: LINUX5250@midrange.com To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/cgi-bin/listinfo/linux5250 or email: LINUX5250-request@midrange.com Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/linux5250.
