× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

It is, but there is an "Open Edition"

that, I beleive, "GPL-licensed". The version should have
more then enough gismos to build program like TN5250.

Also, it is Pascal compiler and doesn't support C/C++ yet.
