You could try entering QCMD in the initial program field of the signon
screen. However, this is probably disabled.

WRQ Reflection uses the OS/400 Host Servers:

tn5250 doesn't have any support for these.
For getting at these services from your own programs, the only free
software I know of is IBM's own Java Toolkit for AS/400. You can get
binaries or source from the web page here:
http://oss.software.ibm.com/developerworks/opensource/jt400/
and write your own program in Java (or Jython, or Jacl, etc.).
