Since I don't think the AS/400 has an Alt-F1 key, I would guess you're referring to pressing Alt-F1 from Client Access. Some configurations send the help key when Alt-F1 is pressed. man tn5250 says the help key is M-h (or meta-h) but I never figured out what my meta key was so I made Escape my help key by changing my XTerm file: <Key>Escape: string("\033\110") \n\ "Chad S.
