Not enough information.  What is the error message you are 
getting?  Are you varying on the OPTVRT01 optical device?  or 
something else?

You can put your cursor on the error message listed at the 
bottom of the screen, and press help (on my pc/5250 emulation 
it's F1) and get additional information about the message, 
and from there F10 gives you the job log.

Brilliant!  I really needed to know those diagnostic steps you gave me.  I
had no idea how to investigate the error.  Turns out I get this:"""

So it looks like I need to investigate the image no?  How do I drill down
from here to discover the root of the problem with the image, which seems to
be that it was incorrectly made or copied or created...
