Pete/All,

Thanks for the feedback. A few questions as I prepare to install.

I assume you downloaded Tomcat 7 binary core as a ZIP file?

I assume it will be much faster to copy the tomcat zip file to the IFS then
unzipping on PC and copying folders? What is the best way to unzip? Use
the Java jar command or can you use a mapped drive and just use WINZIP?

Thanks, Paul Holm

Has anyone had success running Tomcat 7 on the i?

Thanks, Paul Holm

Running tomcat 7 on 5.4. No problems. I don't know if it's been a year
yet, but it's been in production for quite a while. Reloading apps seems
to work better then tomcat 6.
