Interesting. Many files dated Sept 30, 2007 and many newer,, but then this one from 2004:

drwxr-sr-x 4 QSYS 0 12288 Oct 20 2004 nls

And our backup box, also at 6.1, has the same problems.

It is probably time to call your service provider. But a common operational

CHKPRDOPT does not detect this, but there is a Health Checker PTF and
command that IBM Service can use to detect this. Alternatively, you can run
this Qshell command:
QSH CMD('ls -lt /QOpenSys/QIBM/ProdData/OS400/PASE/lib')
to list the files in one of the PASE for i directories sorted by date
(newest to oldest). A proper V6R1 installation should not show any files
with dates prior to 2007. If you have dates prior to 2007 you would
reinstall Option 33 (and then reinstall PTFs -- I would recommend the Java
group SF99562)

Good luck!
