Yes, indeed. We did that where I work by putting the wrong password in a config file. It wasn't via an AS400 object, I believe we were actually making FTP connections, but anyway it's dead simple to do. It wasn't until we fixed the config file and still couldn't make the connections that we found out that we had disabled the account.

Seems like a DOS attack to me. I can disable any user profile on the
system I want to. :-) Granted you could just go to a signon screen and
type in the same thing, but this seems "easier" to do.
