JSF html_extended Components and IE8 -- JAVA400-L

Anyone else having JavaScript issues using IBM's html_extended JSF
components in IE8? I keep getting JavaScript errors when I try to use the
data picker for an input component.

If no one is using it, what are some other good component libraries? I've
heard that RichFaces is kind of a pain to get working on WAS 6.1.
