I explicitly set the library list in the AS400 object
before doing any ProgramCalls.

Do you do that from Java?

Do the LIBL changes hang around in QZRCSRVS, possibly effecting other programs which use it? I think I have observer QZRCSRVS hands around and the system spawns additional instances as needed.
Yes. For the AS400 connection from the inside - I have not seen any java that can talk to its surrounding environment yet.

I do not think that the LIBL changes persist - it looks like the service jobs have their LIBL reset to the default of the user when assigned to do the task. We just cannot use that, as our library list is constructed by our legacy system instead of being statically assigned to the user.
