You are right, it was a library list issue.
I explicitly set the library list in the AS400 object
before doing any ProgramCalls.
Do you do that from Java?
Do the LIBL changes hang around in QZRCSRVS, possibly effecting other
programs which use it? I think I have observer QZRCSRVS hands around and
the system spawns additional instances as needed.
