jexcelapi & java.lang.NullPointerException error

I have downloaded the latest JExcelAPI zip file and hopefully followed the
instructions to compile everything. However, when I run the utility, I am
getting a JVA0122 error. I changed the JAVA line in the MKXL003C cl
program to output to *PRINT. I get the following log.
