You don't -- at least not directly. I don't believe there is any way to
_directly_ call any type of program on one machine from another -- RPG
to RPG, RPG to Java, Java to Cobol, etc. 

Now, note I said _directly_. There are numerous
inter-process/inter-machine communications protocols out there, from
sockets, the MQ, to remoting, JDBC/stored procs, DDM, web services, etc.
If you can't combine these two programs onto one machine then you just
need to decide how to make the communicate. But a direct call, nope.
