Hi
You can check the actual PTF Levels with the command WRKPTFGRP. This
command should view the cumulative PTF level and the group PTF levels.

I was able to resolve this issue
i had to add
prop.put("translate binary", "true");
to connection properties and it works fine now
But there is some issue with embeded SQL on AS400 in
V5R3
I have to check the PTF level.
Does any one konw how to check the PTF level in As400
