java program working in V5R2 in USA does not work in V5R3 Turkey, -- JAVA400-L

Hi
I have simple java program which works well on V5R2 in
USA, but does not work in V5R3 in turkey.
This is a java program i call from QSH
In this program i create a connection, create
preparedStatement, set value and execute query.
I dont know why, is it because of character set? or
missing PTF
