The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

Actually, I think it's a java security policy problem. The
AccessControlException is being generated because some class is trying
to check for existence of a file, but the policy won't let it read the
directory.
As it happens, that file doesn't exist at all.
